Taxback is committed to the highest standards of professional conduct and therefore, all independently contracted, licensed tax professionals and partners are expected to adhere to the highest ethical standards of professional integrity.

Taxback Commitment Standards

Taxback is dedicated to serving clients by providing peace of mind and recovering overpaid taxes while offering a FREE second opinion, tax review service. Licensed tax professionals, such as CPAs or Enrolled Agents, review tax returns.

	Tax specialists performing the reviews are independent from Taxback and are not compensated based on a percentage of tax refunds. They are paid a flat fee for each qualified review performed.
	An amended return will only be filed by an independent tax professional if it has a basis in tax law. All tax adjustments are thoroughly discussed with the client and substantiated with evidence, prior to filing an amended tax return.
	Independent tax professionals fully guarantee their work and manage any IRS communication for three years after the tax return is filed.
	All client-provided personal tax documents are strictly confidential. Through a comprehensive confidentiality agreement, Taxback provides assurance that personal information will not be sold, rented, disclosed, or shared, in either written or verbal form with any third parties. All material provided is permanently discarded at the conclusion of the tax review service if a tax refund is not discovered.
	Taxback retains an in-house tax attorney dedicated to ongoing compliance. The attorney ensures that the Taxback code of conduct is maintained and permissible by law.
